Everything from joining the list to planning your visit. Need something else? Talk to us.
01How do I join the 2027 interest list?+
Complete the short registration form with your contact and study details. The team can then follow up about your interest in accommodation for 2027.
02Does joining secure a room?+
No. The list records interest only. A room is only confirmed after the applicable approvals, availability checks and booking process have been completed.
03Can I register as an NSFAS or private student?+
Yes. Choose NSFAS, Private or Not sure yet on the interest form. For private accommodation costs, contact the team directly. NSFAS students should follow the applicable bursary and accommodation processes.
04Do I need a student number?+
No. If your institution has already issued one, you can include it to help the team identify your enquiry. Leave the optional field blank if you do not have one yet. Do not enter your ID number or portal password.
05Is NSFAS funding or placement guaranteed?+
No. We cannot guarantee funding, eligibility or placement. Use the official NSFAS process and confirm the current status of the specific accommodation listing.
06Can I visit before deciding?+
Yes—contact Marianwood to arrange a viewing and confirm the property address and available visiting times.
07What should I bring?+
Ask the team for the inventory and guidance for the specific room offered to you. Furniture, shared facilities and personal items should be confirmed before moving in.
08Do I need to upload documents here?+
No. This website only asks for basic contact and study information for the interest list. Do not send ID documents, banking information, portal passwords or PINs through this form.
09How can I update or remove my details?+
Email info@marianwoodres.co.za or call 087 265 2020. The team will verify the request and help you update your details, withdraw consent or request deletion where applicable.
